    • Butter (melted)

    • 8oz cream cheese

    • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

    • 1.5 tbsp basil (chopped)

    • 1 tbsp minced garlic

    • ½ cup parmesan cheese

    • 2-3 tbsp parsley

    • ¼ tbsp black pepper

    • 1 red pepper

    • 1 tomato

    • ¾ onion

    • 1 garlic

    • Oil

    • Salt & Pepper

    • 4-5 cashews

    • 1.5 tsp chili flakes

    • 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste

    • ½ tsp cumin powder

      1. Pulse the Caulipuffs until they have become fine crumbs. Pour in the melted butter and mix well.

      1. Combine all the ingredients listed for cheesecake filling and mix well until it is nice and smooth.

      1. Heat the oven to 400F.

      2. Drizzle some oil on red pepper, tomatoes, garlic, and onion, and add salt and pepper. Roast it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.

      3. Once the roasted ingredients have cooled slightly, blend them along with all the other ingredients listed for the sauce.

      1. Pour your crumb mixture into the jar and press evenly into the bottom. You can use the bottom of a flat glass to press it in well and get a nice, even crust.

      2. Pipe the cheesecake filling on top of the crust. You can use a spoon to make the surface even.

      3. Pour the sauce over the cheesecake filling and garnish it with Salt and Pepper crumbs, and basil leaves.

      4. Serve it with crackers or crostini and enjoy!
