CauliPuffs currently ships to all US states, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

When an order is processed on our website, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to reference your shipping status and details.

Return Policy:

Due to the fact that CauliPuffs is a perishable item, we do not accept returns. Our team is dedicated to customer satisfaction and may offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis.

Refund / Replacement Requirements:

Please provide a description as to why you are requesting a refund or replacement. Please also send us the lot number, as well as photos of the product or packaging. Email all messages to hello@caulipuffs.com

In-Store Purchases:

Any issues or questions that arise from CauliPuffs products that are purchased from a brick-and-mortar retailer OR an online retailer that is not CauliPuffs.com, should be directed to where the product was purchased.
