Joey and Thai are a dynamic duo living in Salinas, California, affectionately known as the “salad bowl” of the USA! Joey is a professional food and beverage brand designer, while his wife Thai is a healthcare provider with a heart of gold.

One day, the couple decided to channel their expertise and passion for healthy eating toward a unique better-for-you snack option for their 2 little girls.

This is where it started...

With Salinas’ rich crop of leafy greens and veggies, they knew they had a plethora of delicious, nutritious options to inspire them, but ONE vegetable in particular stood out to them - CAULIFLOWER!

Meet the golden team!

Joey got to work on designing the perfect packaging, while Thai took over quality assurance, ensuring the ingredients were wholesome and clean, while their pup Rusty cleaned up after their at-home focus groups!

And finally!

After months of trials, they finally came up with the perfect recipe and their daughters, Kaia and Addie, were ecstatic when they saw the colorful bags of CauliPuffs. With flavors like White Cheddar and Honey BBQ, not only did the girls love the crunch but they couldn’t get enough of the yummy flavors to choose from!
