These CauliPuffs Football Chocolate Treats combine the rich flavors of semi-sweet chocolate and marshmallows with the satisfying crunch of Salt & Pepper CauliPuffs. Shaped into mini footballs and adorned with vanilla frosting to mimic stitching, they’re as fun to make as they are to eat. This no-bake recipe is perfect for game days, tailgate parties, or any occasion that calls for a festive and delicious snack. The balance of sweet and salty flavors ensures they’re not overly sweet, making them an irresistible treat for all ages.

Ingredients

3 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp cocoa powder
6 - 7 big marshmallows
1 ¼ cup Salt and Pepper CauliPuffs (crushed)
Vanilla Frosting

Directions

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows, chocolate chips, cocoa powder and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and gently fold the crushed salt and pepper CauliPuffs into the chocolate-marshmallow mixture until evenly coated. Let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking. Take a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into footballs (about the size of a small egg) using your hands.
Using the vanilla frosting, pipe on the white lines to resemble the stitching of a football. You can do this by making a straight line down the center and adding smaller lines across it.
Let the football treats cool and set on the greased baking sheet or plate for about 30 minutes. Once set, your CauliPuff Football Treats are ready to enjoy!
