Discover a new favorite with this Chili Lime Garlic Butter Pasta. Al dente spaghetti is tossed in a luscious sauce made by dissolving Chili Lime Caulipuffs into buttery sautéed garlic, creating a creamy and tangy coating that clings to every strand. With just four main ingredients, this recipe is a simple yet innovative take on traditional pasta, offering a delightful balance of heat, zest, and richness. Garnish with parmesan cheese, extra crushed Caulipuffs, and fresh cilantro to elevate each serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 - 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 2 small bags of Chili Lime flavored CauliPuffs

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Reserve 1 ½ cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the spaghetti.

  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic to the melted butter. Sauté until the garlic becomes fragrant and starts to brown slightly (about 2-3 minutes).

  3. Add 2 bags of chili lime-flavored CauliPuffs to the pan with the garlic and butter. Pour in about ½ cup of the reserved pasta water.

  4. Stir continuously, allowing the CauliPuffs to dissolve completely into the mixture. This will take a few minutes and create a thick and creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add more reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the sauce. Toss the pasta thoroughly in the sauce to ensure it is evenly coated.

  6. Plate the pasta and optionally garnish with parmesan cheese, crushed CauliPuffs, and chopped cilantro.
