Spinach Dip Quesadilla
Warm, melty spinach dip between golden tortillas makes this quesadilla ultra-creamy and easy to make. Crushed Sea Salt Caulitos pressed onto the outside give it a light, crunchy crust.

Method

Heat butter over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Lower the heat and mix in cream cheese until melted and creamy. Add cheese, sour cream and spices, and mix well.

Spread the mixture on one tortilla. Add some cheese on top and cover with the second tortilla.

Crush Caulitos into smaller bits. Spread mayo on the outside of the quesadilla and press into the crushed Caulitos so they stick. Do this on both sides.

Brush the pan with some oil. Toast the quesadilla until the filling inside is melty. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
